I emailed Case Labs last Friday about getting a case made and shipped to Canada, but I haven't heard back.
Finding this forum, I've realized there is a lot of loss going on in the Case Labs family. Anyone talked to them recently and know if a long delay in response is normal?
If anyone at Case Labs reads this, I just want to say, I've read what you wrote about Robert Keating, and he truly sounded like an amazing man to have known, and I am deeply sorry for your loss.
He sounds like just the kind of person to have grown up with to fill someone with a sense of purpose and humility.
