Are you looking for a CPU only / closed loop setup like the H100 mentioned above? Or are you looking for a custom water loop? For air coolers, you will be better off posting in the air cooling section of the forums thumb.gif

Not going to be able to mount the 240mm rad in the OPs case w/o modding.
The H60 in all honesty would be fine, when I had mine (H50) I ran my i5 750 at 4.2GHz (of cours v-core / ymmv etc) w/ a couple of AP-15s in p/p.

How much OCing do you plan to do? If you're not going to push the chip much, you could get away with something much cheaper like a 212+ or something.

Noctua D-14 is the best bang for the buck but it's huge. I love my Corsair A70 and it was $35, I think they're around $50 now. How much do you plan on overclocking? Cuz something like the Hyper 212 would be fine for a medium OC.

If you are going to get an H60, just get a CM 212+ for half the price. The 212 cools my 955 better then the H60 I tried for a few days. 212 is comparable to my H80.

The H60 is on par with a Megahalems, not a 212+.

There are a lot of variables which need to be taken into account when setting up LCLCs (intake/ehaust setup, case flow, proper seating, pump RPM, etc)
If your temps were worse with it, odds are one of those affected your results.

Regardless, depending on the OP's needs the 212+ could still be the better option.

212+ is a very strong cooler for the price. The H60 can also be a strong cooler if you use different thermal paste, better fans, mount the radiator in a good spot, etc. OP, do you have enough room to mount the radiator of an H60 with 2 fans P/P? If you don't have adequate space for the H60, a strong air cooler might be your best bet.
