Guys, I cant really decide between the Gigabyte WF HD7970 and the MSI lightning HD7970, the gigabyte version is 589$ and the lightning is 705$ (Main differences?)

The Gigabyte HD 7970 can easily overclock to 1125 Mhz in AMD CCC. the bigger problem is getting your ref card to run 1125 Mhz . And also you have to watch out for temps under load and noise when they are in CF. get the Gigabyte HD 7970.

SAVE THE MONEY! GET THE WINDFORCE!

Even though I'm lightning-biased (see sig), I don't think the price is worth it here. The Gigabyte solution runs cool already and OCs pretty well (ofc, this is a matter of luck and directly proportional to how many times you said "i've got love in my belly tummy" and danced before purchasing. I'm serious. ).
