Odd. I think the article is off, I got the same details in an email saying that was the new refer a friend. If it is and you need a buddy code, just pm me and i'll get it later. I've got access to around 70 friend codes, likely more.

Its on the main website. It says Play For Free: Join the Free Trial and play up to level 15 I dont see any wrong information here. I signed up and downloading now

Meh,

Took several characters to end game before getting banned for being "inconsiderate of others feelings". Oddly enough the ban actually came in about a month after I had stopped playing due to complete loss of interest because of the flaws in the game and lack of content.
