Asus croshair V 990fx server 2008 drivers?

Asus croshair V 990fx server 2008 drivers? my usb installs but the ethernet does not for instance it errors saying i have no nic when i have one... rolleyes.gif OH and other then my gtx470 video card those are only 2 that arent auto installing

Force install the Vista/Win7 drivers in Device Manager, try that way

I've got the same problem. When I asked ASUS their reply was:

If possible,please change your system to windows 7 for a try.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've tried just about every Intel driver I can get my hands on and no success.

ya i figured that out its MS or asus signing the drivers to ONLY run on 7 someone who has the skillz can go in and find the flag telling it not to let driver install on windows 2008 r2

what do you mean NOT INSTALL? i installed a unsupported gfx card with windows xp drivers on win server 2008 via the have disk method.
