That you can do, later get the proper hardware if you have the will! Be sure you don't give it too much juice

I seem to be getting 1v when I forget to plug in the 6pin connector, but soon as I plug it in it drops to next to nothing.(turned off the supply first)

Hmm, from this point I can't really help you, just encourage you to try and fix it. Do your best!

Then again, if you think it isn't worth fixing you can leave it, but that would leave behind some good overclocking fun

yea it's annoying cause i brought it with artifacting problems, baked then was algood. tried volt modding but lost resistors haha.

Good thing it's cheap. You lose 1 resistor or brick a 5xx or 6xx series YOU'RE DEAD.

But it's simple to get it right with just 1 or 2 resistors. You already know the value of yours, now you just need to find a way to solder it. And we're here to help.
But I NEED PICS for that!

if the solder pad is gone why not strip some insulator off the track leading up to the solder point.
