That's half the size of the solder pad. + there isn't a lot of room around it, so he has to be extremely careful not to lose more components.

You think you can do it Nipple?

iv found a little spot just back from it tried soldering to that after scraping of the insulator but seems to be a no go. will look for more potential spots and try get some clearer pictures.

nah, it's gone. can't even see the pad too many components to see where the track goes.

Look for the 14.9ohm resistance for your mod point on the opposite side of the PCB near the same area... there are many traces that 'dive' through...  ;)
