Two great cases and great bang for the buck.

NZXT Source 210 ( $30-40 )
NZXT Source 220 ( $50-60 )

There's also a number of Fractal Cases in that range which are fantastic as well.

You know I'm slowly getting parts for a build for my friend. Budget is tight though. I can get an Antec Nine Hundred Two v3 case for $50.(local) I know its old but is it worth it at that price/by today's standards? Or is there a better case for <$50?

PS: OP forgive me to ask this in your thread but I'm new here and rather not make a thread.

The antec 900 serie case are really great for airflow, their big cons is you have to dust them really often!

Oh yea? Hmm I notice that the fans don't have a filter of sort so all the dust gets in easily. I wonder if a filter can be applied to all fans but the way they are in the case, it may not be possible. Shame that the bottom of the 900 2ver3 (hate that name btw) doesn't have vents to put a fan to shoot air upwards or so the PSU could shoot air down a vent.

You could try the one I use in my sig. It's the Antec Nine Hundred with the upgraded front USB 3.0 ports. It costed me around 80 bucks back when i bought it. You'd probably be able to get it for cheaper now.
