Man, I really like my g510 lol. I find the macro key's to be handy in a wide verity of applications.

The difference between the G510 (and the Sidewinder X4) is that the Filco here is a mechanical keyboard while the G510 and Sidewinder X4 are membrane keyboards ("rubber dome"). The build quality and key-press feel of a quality mechanical keyboard like the Filco Majestouch here is much better.

It was worth it for me because I use my keyboard almost all day every day. So I would say that this can be a major determining factor.
