That is a nice looking block. I've been extremely happy with my heatkiller. If you do wind up getting that aqua block please let us know how you like it. A review would be great!

That must have a lot of restriction though, wish UK brands were better at flow rates like EK and Koolance!

Aquacomputer and Heatkiller (watercool-de) are both german brands.
restriction is no where as severe as the EvgaHydrocopper (swiftech blocks)

GTX480_pdrop.png

granted thats an older review with an older block; Aquacomputer's designs haven't changed for quite some time so flow/restriction should be similar across all its GPU blocks.

But amazingly the brands have all kept to similar averages if you compare it to Bundy's numbers, except ek has improved their restriction. Bundy didn't go into much depth on the vrm side and he weights things differently than I would.

true that....but would you rather have an average block with great customer service or a great block with execptionally horrid customer service that will find any excuse to void your warranty? ("nickel-gate", blaming coolant, blaming kill coil, blaming PT-Nuke, blaming water etc)

Regardless to say EK customer service is keeping me away from them unless they smarten up and I see convincing proof of that. Until then my business goes with XSPC, Watercool-de (heatkiller), aquacomputers or any other WC companies that I haven't listed.

Precisely. I nearly went back to EK, but opted to somewhat gamble on trying a new company rather than give them a dime. In the end, it was between koolance and heatkiller and I don't regret the decision at all.

Flow rate is overrated anyways.
