I would NOT get a M ATX board. Worse for overclocking because of smaller power phases, and smaller VRM coolers, and a smaller NB/SB cooler. Plus, it gives you less room to work, even if you are a fanboy of Asus ROG, really, do not go with a matx. The Gigabyte Ga-Z77X-UD5H is AWESOME! Gigabyte, weather you like it or not, is higher rated and stuff than Asus, and is a better value than the sabertooth. The only thing actually better about the sabertooth is the look, for $50 more. A GA-Z77X-UD3H might be all you need, check the features list of both.
wow....

reviving a few day old thread because i read this and had to reply....

where is your proof?
I'm sorry to say, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about when it comes to overclocking using a mATX board...

no need to call people fanboys.
