I will be buying the Asus Sabertooth Z77 aswell as Corsair Vengeance Series DDR3 4x4GB today so oc'ing should be quite simple especially with TurboV EVO.

I had not realized this before but DDR3 oc is possible (Im a noob). Should I oc my DDR3? Will it improve game performance? If so what should I raise the ddr frequency and voltage up to?

I have a 650W psu if it matters.

Bunch of questions I know lol.

Thanks in advance guys I appreciate the suggestions and advice.

there is plenty of information in the threads. If you are new to this I suggest leaving the ram at stock values and playing with the cpu to start with. Once you have stabilty then you would like at fine tuning the ram thumb.gif

Search is your friend. I have started way too many threads myself without sitting down for an hour and reading through the informative site

Stock voltage if your chip is good, if not then bump it up by a little.
