Few have use for that many (13) slots unless you're building a file server. Maybe the PSU air intake could be in the front since you have ventilated covers already available and exhaust could go towards the side where the drive enclosures are. The power cable could be drawn where the rest of the cables are and out back. No idea if the width of the case is enough, just throwing out some ideas. There's a mod idea for those who aren't afraid to ruin a nice case.
Haha I love you because you remind me of myself.
I kept saying "Oh gosh this is so frustrating, now I either get 2 PSUs and 2 360 radiators or I just let my OCD deal with the non symmetrical bottom of the case!"
Unfortunately this is what I did. I got a 480 radiator for "viewing" side and a 360 radiator with the PSU for the other side. I'm not happy about it - it would certainly be nice to mount the PSU above them horizontally or something, but you need to trust that Jim knows what he's doing with the design. If it could have worked, it would be an option. However, it would require either more vertical space or a wider case just to fit one PSU when what he has now is about the same.
People also argue that "you can always put a radiator up top as well" but that never resolved my OCD either.
Also consider this: putting a PSU in the front of the case means the power cable will be coming from the front of the case. Quite an oddity if you ask me. Not to mention people will need to route all their cables from the motherboard and fans to the front of the case instead of behind it or in the back.
I already suggested this myself since it would be a great idea, but just doesn't seem possible in nearly any case. I know the Little Devil PC V8 has this type of option but it makes it a lot taller and not nearly as elegant looking. Idk. I wish it was possible too haha.
