you should get rid of the vanilla server and replace it with a modded one like Technic

Itune also doesn't work out too well, also we'd never run tecnic pack also as its full of bloatware. I used to moderate on Industrial Rage (BC+IC2+RP) and that stuff ran so smooth, tecnicpack is only popular because of yogscast, and if people actually knew how badly setup it was they wouldn't use it.
