My computer freeze with my new RAM (XMP activated)

I just bought these two days ago (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233254) and since I run them (with XMP Profile activated), my computer freeze approximately every two hours (the mouse freeze and I am not able to do anything, so I have to reboot). I tried to test them with MemTest and the results were perfect (no error). What should I do: leave the memory at default speed (1333mhz), keep XMP running and try something else or set the settings manually? Thanks.

P.S. If you have any other suggestions to let me run them at the speed that it should be running (1600mhz), be free to send them.

The XMP Profile run them at 1,5 V, with a timing of 7-8-8-24 (1600 mhz). These are the settings that are supposed to be run with this memory.

Try either upping timings, or voltage
like stock settings 1600 at 1.525v 7-8-8-24-2t

or upping it to 8-8-8-28-1t at 1.5v
Also fill out the rigbuilder so we know what else is in it for troubleshooting thumb.gif

Kick up the QPI/VTT voltage a little bit. In my experience, totally freezing where the screen stays the same and you can't move the mouse means the uncore is unstable. This is alleviated by loosening timings on the memory or giving the uncore more voltage.

Ok but with XMP Profile activated, the IMC Voltage is already boosted up a bit (1V to 1,2V). So what should I do now with all this?

On 1156, you can kick up the IMC voltages to ~1.3V without much issue.

What chip are you running, anyway? Some of the 1156 chips are awesome with memory and some of the lower end chips are terrible.
