new need some help

so i just built my first PC i have the HIS ICE Q X AMD Radeon HD 7850. it came with the Program "Iturbo" every time i open it it tells me i need to disable my ULPS if i want to overclock. can anyone tell me how to disable this? also is this a good program to be useing? and could anyone tell me or send me to a link that can show me how to over clock i dont want to FK anything up smile.gif

I would just use MSI After Burner for overclocking, fan profiles, and voltage control. As far ass disabling ULPS... do a quick google search.

i actually tried that before about 10 times but dosent seem to work i will use MSI and see if i still have a problem
