Nothing is wrong. You've booted to a DOS command prompt.
You do know how to use the DOS operating system's commands?

If not, there should be directions on MSI's website on how to flash.

Download the correct bios from MSI website. Extract the zip folder to a usb drive. There should be 2 files I believe, once copied to the flash drive restart your pc. Once the computer has restarted you can push the Del key a bunch of times till you load into your bios screen. From there you should see a flash utility in the bottom right corner, select your flash drive and follow the on screen steps. Hope this helps you some.

I don't know how, the MSI website shows me booting into dos with an entire page filled with commands and all I have to do is type flash. But instead of being able to see a page of commands or code or what have you all i see is the title windows 98.
