Controller IC is uP6206AK. According to a bit of research (the datasheet is not available), FB pin is 6. Measured stock resistance is 1K. I'll be performing this mod today and I'm going to use a 40K trimmer because my 20K has not arrived in the mail yet.

I'll upload photos later but I do have a question. What does the memory controller IC generally look like? The only SMD chip with lots of pins is the GPU voltage controller. Everything else has 8-16 pins and is in a much larger package, though still SMD.

EDIT: I think I found the memory controller: UP6161. I can't make out the rest of the letters. I'll have to look at it under the magnifier in a bit.

If those letters don't matter, FB is pin 4.

FB is 6. Stock resistance was 1K on the CPU and ~500 on the Mem. Mem FB is 4.

10K from mem FB to ground and 20K from CPU FB to ground.

Unfortunately mine is all modded up so I can't get a photo of the PCB.

Apparently I don't have the correct photos on me right now... they're saved on my netbook. I'll upload them later tonight.

I was having lots of trouble frozen with the card. I made it through all of the first GPU test in Vantage at 1080 core and halfway through the second, and then it crashed because of memory.

The memory on this card is epic... it's good for 1360 on air but after running perfectly fine frozen at 1350 for a while, it started crashing from memory. I thought I might have degraded it, but I tested after and it's still good for 1360 on air. Basically, the card is good but I had a terrible session. I'm going to try a repeat in the very near future.

CB is at exactly -50°C which is a bit annoying, but decently easy to handle.

Pretesting with the card on air and my Thermaltake Frio strapped on:

The acetone was splashing everywhere, so I rigged up these to protect the board/table/everything:

vGPU. More than I needed but I was just messing around at that point:

Temperature. Between runs, so not optimized. During GPU tests, I was around -47°C on the GPU and for the CPU tests I was around -60°C on the CPU:

Me too! This is a great card with good potential but I need to figure out what happened with the memory. Going from 950 core to 1035 core, I only gained about 300 points in my GPU score in Vantage. Going from 1200-1350 on mem, I gained almost a thousand... memory is a huge bottleneck for this card. If you want to score well, you need 1350+.

My vMem read point broke off and I was running blind, though I saw all kinds of crazy numbers (even up to 2.44V

).

It's all nice and fixed and I think the mod increased the lowest voltage I can get up to 2.1V from ~1.85V. With that 2.1V, 1360 is easy.
