I need to get a different CPU before then. I'll be benching this and an 8800GTS 320 for the HWBot team competition, but as it is now, my 920 will pull me out of the rankings no matter how good my GPUs are.

Sorry for the quality... low light and a bad camera does not make for good pictures.
VR on the left is for vMem, VR on the right is vGPU, and the molex in the middle is for measuring them.
The three wires going to the left are going to GND, the thin blue wire is going to the mem mod, the center black wire is going to the mem read point, and the right side black wire is going to the vGPU read.
Here's the GPU controller on the front (before modding). Pin 6 is feedback:

I don't think OCP/OVP kicks in until just after 1.7V (that would be an almost instant crash, regardless of clocks).
So far... I don't think I've needed that much voltage. Do you know the mod? I'll do it just because I can if you do!

I would start by adding caps to help smooth the ripple. Then i would try lowering the resistance to pin 17(rt) slightly. I to only have a pic and not the full datasheet, so I'm going on instinct here.
What's happening when you reach your limit? Figure the screen is going black, but what does the voltage do when it black screens? Does it drop?
