Thats not an Eyefinity card as it's confined to max 4 screens and even that with mixed outputs. An Eyefinity card can run 6x screens, unfortunately there aint many in 7xxx series. No 79xx card on the market atm can run 6x 1600p and there are three companies making 7870 cards with 6x DP that could run 6x 1600p, however, these are castrated at that resolution by having only 2 Gb vRAM even if you do quad-fire. I would say based on running 5x1080p with 1 Gb of vRAM (a 1080p is half the pixels of 1600p screen) that for such resolution 3 Gb is sort of minimum if you do not use any AA. With 2 Gb you would have to manually tweak the more memory intensive effects for getting a reasonable frame rate as if the card hits its vRAM limit the performance just drop off the cliff while if the issue is raw performance then the performance degrading is more graceful and almost linear.
What a shame. It would be such a good card with 6x DP and now such a waste of potential ...
