[BGR] Apple is going after retailers for selling banned Samsung products.

“Apple’s menacing letters greatly overreach, incorrectly claiming that third-party retailers are subject to the prohibitions of the preliminary injunction, which they clearly are not,” Samsung said in a court filing. “They are permitted to sell their existing inventory, even without a stay.”

Damn, so called intellectual property is becoming a bore.
Open source FTW! (anti-capitalist as it maybe) But, it's the future (I hope)
Yes, I use windoze/Linux/ & Closed source games. There is a limit though, these recent lawsuits over which finger you use first are a joke I'm afraid.
(slide to touch, lol... Been using that on the missus for years, am I breach of an apple patent?)

I wish people would stop buying Apple products. They are becoming an monopoly. Soon we will have another Microsoft on our hands, and I fear that they will be worse than what Microsoft was during the 90's and early 2000's.

While I'm tired of Apple abusing it's "power" and all their annoying lawsuits, lack of any real customization on the users end, and limiting what paying customers can do with their own product, around 90% of the worlds computer are using microsoft. Apple definitely does not have a monopoly. They just are super greedy.

You're right, they don't have a monopoly, and that is what upsets them the most. Any retailer receiving one of these letters should immediately respond firmly via a lawyer, and include all their current apple stock as a protest.

Yea it's really not Apple's job to enforce rulings as far as I know.

That's pretty much it. I'm sick of it, I don't want to own anymore apple products. I looked up their computer the other day to see what kind of performance increases their computers have made since I got my imac almost 3 years ago and it's laughable. Laughable because my 27in computer which is at 3.06 ghz on a dual core with 4gb of ram is running at the same speed as the new 27in which is using an i5 and has slightly faster ram.
