Ya, I'm not sure if being all at 16x 3.0 with the two PLX chips will matter much. Using my Sniper 3 my GPU's are maxed out and I am not getting any PCI-E bandwidth issues at quad 8x 3.0. It's only when you run these fastest card in 3-4 GPU high resolution Eyefinity/Surround at 8x PCI-E 2.0 have I found a significant speed drop. Stay at 16x 2.0 or 8x 3.0 and you will be good.
