People need to start taking responsibility for their own actions. Parents need to take charge and educate their children. Stop putting the blame on someone else.
Peer pressure doesn't exist.

No, those people were forced and had no say. Did you even read about OP? I'm talking about full consent, no peer pressure, no manipulative crap, nothing; only that persons' decisions and actions.

Stuff marked as "Friends Only" can be used against you in a court of law, you are not safe with anything you post of FB it seems.

welcome to the internet. If you dont want ppl to link it to yopur name dont post it. Everything is monitord and stored and i think things like this are good. Just dont do anyhting wrong and you have nothing to worry about.

i disagree. i think automation here keeps your information more private. Imagine a person reads all your convos. You would feel violated but if a machine does it.... no one should care.

This whole kinds topic is stupid. You agree to everything when you click the I Agree button on the page no one reads. Thats just to bad. If you dont like it dont use it. But many people dont mind. Hell if the police wanna read my chats go ahead i have nothing to hide. Ill print them off and bring them in. I dont understand what people have to worry about, if your not doing anything wrong who cares

Nope, its not the police monitoring you, it is facebook themselves, slight loop hole. You agree to these kind of things when you sign up for an account, it's what you get for using their services. It isn't real people constantly reading conversations either, it is algorithms looking for things to flag. Just don't try to seduce 13yr old girls and you should be okay!

imo its perfectly fine...
no people are reading it, just the automation analyzes text, and to keep crew's work to minimum the scope that gets reported is probably quite small.
And everyone should understand any high level admin there can read anything he wants to, that's obvious, just the possibility of your messages getting read is like winning a lottery.

The problem with this is... what is considered "wrong" varies wildly between cities/states/cultures ect. and changes daily.

which of these do you deam okay then? https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards i understand people being worried that soe auto software picks out bad things but at the end of the day even google does this with search, hotmail with email or youtube with email.

its more to protect you and has been done for years, why is it suddenly a issue when they stop the abuse of a child?
