GTX 570 vs GTX 660ti or GTX 660 which one to get?

I'm eyeballing GTX 570 for a while now.. I was about to get Gigabyte GTX 570 but then i read the rumours GTX 660 and GTX 660Ti is about to come out.. Is it worth waiting?

It sucks because my AMD Radeon 6870 has only 960 shaders frown.gif But core clock is 900mhz and memory 1050...
So basically 6850...
I'm playing battlefield 3 medium settings 1600x900 around 80fps - 150 but at times drops to 70
But as soon i turn the resolution to 1080p it runs choppy..
I would like to play 1080p without droping under 60fps...

GTX 660ti is coming out in August and I think it is worth the wait.

NVIDIA is probably milking out their Kelper series as much as they can.

AMD has been doing quite a few price cuts, you got a problem with the red team? For what its worth, you can bet 660/660ti will be a ringer as far as price/performance goes.

I'd consider the 7870 Twin Frozr GHz Edition. It's only $275 with rebate on Newegg, and puts the 570 to shame. Not much sense waiting these days, since card makers seem prefer competing that beating.

Where did you get a radeon 6870 that only has 960 stream processors?
All HD6870 cards have 1120 stream processors

Wait for the 660Ti or get a 7870. Don't get an 570. Just wait mate, your 6870 is still decent enough.

I would wait for the 660ti. The 560ti was a quality card. Either that or go for a 7000 series AMD card. Do not get the 570. There is no reason to waste the money unless you can get it for like $100.

Get a 7850/70. you can get it now and its (most likley) on par with the 660, maybe the smallest bit slower. Same price or less and will take down 1080p with ease.
