I think it looks pretty good, but I would tweak things a bit. You will either need to accept a more modest over clock or overhaul things. You did a fairly good job of picking parts for your first time though, so don't get discouraged!
As others have stated, taking that chip to 5ghz on that motherboard would be quite an accomplishment. The FX chips draw quite a bit of power, especially when overclocked. The VRMs on that board don't even have heat sinks. I would cut 50 bucks out of the case and put it towards a better motherboard. I rebuilt my box recently with an NZXT tempest and that case was not only cheap but really nice (though no grommets in the cable management holes if you can live without them). You wouldn't feel deprived on a 60 dollar case as long as it's the right 60 dollar case for you. You will want the better motherboard too, there is a huge difference between entry and mid level. You don't need to go crazy with the Asus ROG or similar, but you'll be happier with more motherboard and less case.
And the CPU itself. I have a friend who I helped build a box with that chip for. It's a good chip, much nicer than people give AMD credit for, but I don't know that you can take it to 5ghz on an H100. AMD specs list maximum temperature as 61C from what I can gather. To give you an idea, load temps on my I7-3820 with an H100 are around 60-62c (58-59 if I let the fans crank) and I'm running at 4.3ghz with only a smidge over stock voltage. I also have a pair of 38mm deep high speed Panaflo pans bolted to it and a pair of 25mm deep evercools on the other side, so Push/Pull at a minimum of 160cfm and high static pressure. Then again, my load temps are when I'm horsing the crap out of it. If you didn't load the cores fully, you might come in lower, but even still at 5ghz the H100 most likely isn't going to be able to keep up.
With Ivy Bridge, all of a sudden the core I5 got cheaper. For the same 200 you will spend on the FX-8150, you could get an I5. for 230 you can get an unlocked i5. Those can also run significantly hotter, although I would keep it within reason, however a chip that hits 70-75C during torture tests probably will not hit that during normal operation.
The other route you can go is to get a cheaper chip than the FX 8150. The beauty of an AMD platform is you've got a good chance of being able to upgrade your chip at a later point in time. A PHII BE 965 can be had for 110 bucks right now (also unlocked, so you can OC it, but you won't hit 5Ghz). Put the extra 90 bucks towards more graphics card, and games will fly. Upgrade to an 8150 later on in time, or wait for piledriver and get one of those chips.
