It shipped with the same BIOS on both switches and I contacted SApphire about it and they emailed me the sapper BIOS that I posted at the start of this thread that works the best for my card.

Will be a few more days till I get my loop to share temps.

Here are photos of what I have done so far.

Drop of Liquid Pro that covered both the DIE and surface of block. Fujipoly extreme on memory is .5mm thick.

Coollaboratory Liquid Pro on HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ 79X0 Nickel Plated die contact area.

VRM#2 1mm thickness.

Hi Sonda5, how much do you think the fujipoly pads help for the VRM temps? Because I have a the same card as yours with a 7970 pcb and even with a huge air cooled Arctic Accelero Extreme Cooler, 2 side case fans and one 140mm case fan in the front of the video card, at 1215mhz core, 1640mhz memory, with 1.143 volts going through, my vrm 1 temps shoot to 92 degrees when playing far cry 3 blood dragon! So I'm just wondering would the fujipoly pads really help?

arctic cooler extreme's VRM cooling is poor. it would be safer for you to run at 1200 mhz and try to get VRM temps below 90c. pm sonda5 or tsm106 for suggestions on how to reduce VRM temps. they really have a lot of knowledge in the area of cooling.
