Here's the info AVAST is giving me, it occurs every time I view a webpage:

I've run avast and malwarebytes and attempted to remove the infection with both to no avail... any other ideas?

delete your local\appdata\goo.. folder

clear out all your temp folders
ctrl+alt+del and see if anything fishy is running

Boot into safe mode and run the scan or boot into ultimate boot cd and run an anti-virus scan.

I've uninstalled any toolbar that was installed on the comp, also this affects all browsers. My main is Chrome, hence the directory points to chrome.exe Any other ideas?

Remove drive and scan it as a slave with fully updated Malwarebytes.
You could also delete that corrupted profile to see if that does it.
