Installing Windows/Programs on 2nd SSD while using 1st SSD

I'm trying to install Windows on my new SSD while I still browse and game on my current SSD. I don't want to mirror the drives because I want a fresh start on the new one.

How can this be done?

You could try running Windows' Install (setup on the install disk) by clicking on it (in My Computer or Windows Explorer). That may work, but the installation process will use a lot of computer resources.

Unplug the drives from the system except for the one you are installing to. Install the OS. Plug the other drives back in.

You can browse the old drive fine, yet if the games are not steam games then they will most likely have to be reinstalled to play.
