Why would you do that? That sounds mad shady.

While I have a gigabyte mobo, I had a similar problem where no matter what I put in dimm slots one and two I would get an infinite boot cycle. The problem was the mobo that I rma'd. I would say with 90% certainty you have a bad mobo, especially if it reboots no matter what ram you put in.

IMO it isn't very serious offer? I mean he sells it with e-bay and he told me he doesn't need to take it back? He try to sell / trick me? Of course when I sell it I write about the problem with the slot A1 and A2? E-Bay stinks. I got another problem with a video card. The seller doesn't send me the video card and doesn't reply? BTW. the mainboard isn't bad. I can overclock very good it's better then my old mainboard Asrock N68C-S.

You can try to see if they will rma the board. like ^^^^^ they said if not your only option is to go to the resolution center. In which case..

this is a ebay problem now.. login to your ebay account , my ebay , look for the account tab , resolution center. Follow the unstructions if you have to you will need to contact ebay support.
After that its up to you .
