I decide to post this issue because i know many people out there had this same problem. just some head up for everyone biggrin.gif
ACPI drivers conflict in Windows.I had no idea what was it and after couples dig in the internet i just found the FIX.

I was running old bios 1.3 on my ASrock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 with my 2500k with old Intel Smart Connect 1.xx and i never had this issue but after the new bios 2.10 to 2.20 it just started. If you try to update via Microsoft it never going to happen.
Here is the Fix
ACPI Drivers Conflict just download the Intel SmartConnect_Win7-64_Win7(v2.0.1083.0) select the OS you are running and look for SmartConnect_Win7-64_Win7(v2.0.1083.0) install reboot and done. thumb.gif
