Yay or Nay...secondary EPS

Thread Starter
Making all new cables next week and was thinking of making a new cable solely for the second EPS connection (second is a 4 pin). There are obviously adapters to convert molex to EPS but I figured I would skip the adapter and just make one.

I am currently using the second one that comes with the PSU but it eats up the second PCI connector slot.

I figure this should be just fine given the wattages/amperages needed and what the AX750 can supply. But I just thought I would bounce it off of you guys before I go ahead and make it.

Current setup:

Desired setup although probably swap the hard drive and custom EPS cable, but this general idea:

Thoughts, ideas, concerns?

Yeah, I will definitely need to find the pinouts for those molex/sata slots...
