Thanks for the heads up!  Hopefully gonna have this fan setup, possibly with another 2 fans on top of the H100 if it doesn't look too silly.

I'm also considering converting one of the 5.25" drive bays into an HDD bay and get rid of the factory hard drive cages altogether. Once my case gets here tomorrow I'll start looking at the different configurations...

Awesome   I am still looking at my options for printing and application method.  Dunno if I want to print at home or have victorygirl.com print out a nice 3M one for me.  I will probably have them print at least the pinup art simply because it's their image and I don't want to take/use what isn't mine. Someone put a lot of time and effort into that.

Well I'm glad I was up early working on homework this morning!  Got the Newegg email and managed to snag one of those $60 120GB Kingston Hyper X SSD's before they sold out.  Sweet.

Corsair case should be on my doorstep sometime today! 

This is going to be a picture-heavy post, so for those of you with slower connections, I apologize in advance 

C70 Case is here!

These aren't the best quality photos, but I hope they'll highlight some of the cool details of the case.  I don't get to take photos often, so I enjoyed this 

(And for those who might ask, I am using a Canon PowerShot A2200HD 14.1MP "Point&Shoot", a 60w desk lamp, and a cooler for the smaller shots.)

A few initial impressions:

• Still don't like the side window. That will be replaced with a solid piece of acrylic, ASAP.
• Paint finish is slightly rough, but I feel that it adds to the military styling, plus I would much rather have that than a gloss finish.
• Just like in all the reviews, the HDD cages are indeed very restrictive to airflow. Going to look at how much material I could Dremel out, but the other option is to use some of Corsairs SP Air series fans that have high static pressure. The factory fans are very quiet, but do not move a lot of CFM.
• Fantastic packaging, and very nice cable management for the front I/O panel from the factory. (UPS beat the box up, but no damage to the case surfaces that I can find)
• All 3 dust filters (2 bottom, 1 front) are interchangeable. Great feature so I don't have to worry about getting them mixed up when I take them outside to blow the dust off.
• It's ALL metal. After just about every plastic piece on my Rosewill Challenger cracking, this is probably one of the big selling points on the case to me.
• Corsair included just about everything needed including screws/grommets for fans, and the adapter in case your motherboard lacks USB 3.0.

Now I am just wondering if I should migrate all of my current components from my sig rig into it for the time being...

Thanks for the input Spct!    I completely agree with you.  Now that I have the case on hand, I can definitely tell that I want her to fit on the flat surface.

Decided to go ahead and do this.  No 3.5" bays on the front, so I put my fan controller in one of my hard drive bays for the time being.  I have just an odd assortment of fans in there right now, but it moves good air and is much quieter than the Challenger I had these components in before.

Just did the "Stealth DVD Drive" mod, and I love it. Keeps the front of the case looking great!
