Just a thought, but, given the choice of browsers now, why use IE7 anyway?
I'm not a fanboy of firefox, but I do prefer it over IE.

i'm with highly annoyed on this, i remember coming across it when i had to manual update,so i thought why not try it,it'll just be a more secure uprated version of ie6, soon as i opened it and saw it..it had to go,i also felt it run slower than ie6 whether it really did or didn't i can't tell i'm just so used to ie6.

i've used firefox on linux and i quite liked it,but haven't installed it to use on this pc,but if microsoft are going to force us to upgrade to ie7 soon ,it's bye bye explorer

Ha, I installed IE7 but since this C.D has IE disable somehow (hacked) i cant install it @ all. So Firefox I can only use . I do have IE6 but the only way to get on it is to go to My computer and type in a Website on the address bar

IIS being Internet Information Services? I didn't realise I had that installed? Is there any way to uninstall it and if so, will doing so mean that I will continue to get IE6 security updates, like my 2K PC does?

Thanks.
