Re-build of my HTPC

I'm going to build an HTPC from some parts I recieved after upgrading my friends computer to an i3. Its a Core2duo e8500 on a Biostar TP45hp. It has 4Gigs of DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 Mushkin enhanced. I stuck a Cooler Master hyper212 HSF to the e8500 and dropped that in a Thermaltake Chaser case. I chose the Chaser because it hase large fans (hopefully quiet) and lots of pretty features. Honestly I dont care if this thing is power efficient or looks like it belongs in an entertainmen unit. I refuse to spend alot of money on an HTPC case that will never perform like a conventional pc case wink.gif. What i do care about is a REALLY good gold or platinum cert. PSU and a GPU that can game and not fall on its face for less money. Also I am confused a bit about a SATA II SSD and am having trouble choosing. Here is what I'm looking at....

SSD: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227727

PSU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088

GPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125357

I'm am sure about one thing. This computer will deffinately out perform the Skt 478 p4 I am using for an htpc now XD.

Seems like you have done your homework as far as price/performance. If you ever plan on using your ssd in your sig rig then i would go with this- if not the mushkin will take care of you with a little bit faster read writes.
