CMOS battery has been changed, no effect
although I haven't tried another PSU.

If I come an think of it it could be a PSU related issue, because I have problems with powering seccond HDD sometimes it doesn't turn on.

I'll try doing that, thx for suggestion, I wouldn't think of doing that biggrin.gif

Also Maybe some other ideas if this doesn't succeed? rolleyes.gif

Just reset your Bios with the onboard jumper or the button, if you have it.

I did some OC recently and one time, it just didn't boot again. No splash screen, no beep, it was just powered on for the first 2-3 secs. then was going Off. My bios reset button at the rear of the pc resolve the problem redface.gif Do not confound with some "Reset" button that acts just like the front panel standard Reset.

I wish you good luck !

edit : Yeah I rode your posts. You said you were on factory default, but i don't remember you were saying you did the bios reset.. Just do it ! And sorry if you already did heh.

It could be a grounding issue. Pull the board out of the case, and try booting with it on cardboard.

But if he has taken the CMOS battery out it should revert back to default, this is a strange issue

EDIT: Oh god this thread updated quick

Basically I have to do a CMOS restart to boot the PC
I've taken out the battery because it's getting on my nerves every time to boot that thing I have to pull the plug and then the battery.

Can't tell if it's grounding but when I changed PSU it worked fine. So either a PSU has failed or a grounding issue there is
