I don't know, but I admit that I'm curious about something:Â would you like to use an offset voltage instead?
It's like advanced alien technology! :)

If that means that you would prefer to use an Offset but are just having trouble doing so, then I can help set it up so that it works.
Â
In order to help you set it up, I'll need to know what your VID is (Core Temp shows the actual VID when your CPU is under full load). I'll also need to know what core voltage you are seeing in CPU-Z while the CPU is idling and then also under full load. Last, but not least, I'll need to know what Load-Line Calibration options you have available to you.
Â
With this information, we should be able to set the offset so that it works.

Alright, cool. Thank you. What is the voltage exactly as displayed by CPU-Z while it is under full load? I mean, is it 1.304V under full load?
Â
Also, can you show me what your VID is? Use Core Temp, and while it is open, put full load on the CPU using like Prime95 or something for a few seconds. While its running, the VID displayed will change. What is that VID that you see while the CPU is under full load?
Â
Also, what are all of the LLC options available to you in your BIOS? Or, what motherboard do you have?
