Plus if I DO run outta mana there is always the loveley Spirit Tap
Go Shadow. Shadow Priests are THE best class in the game, period. Specially Undead ones b/c of the racial ability.
Because holy can level a lot faster in a team and a team isn't hard to find if your on a normal to high population server.
Most of my groups aren't A rated groups.
" You don't have to be Holy spec to heal. I know several Shadow Priests that can main heal UBRS/SCHOLO/STRAT. The secret is don't be the noob priest who is trying to DPS. I hate this so much when I'm on my alts. It goes a little like this:"
If your like me and you want to get through the instant fast without much downtime. You will learn that a shadow priest will run out of mana way to fast even when they aren't dpsing. Try a Strat run in under 45 minutes with a shadow priest. Possible yes, but not something I feel like dealing with. Just a simple question, are you shadow? "yes", /kick and replace.
Yes, shadow priest do get into some groups. But a lot of people are like me and you will find yourself getting kicked quite often the second you say your shadow.
" And I love having our (well....was ours...guild broke up) shadow preist in our grp because he has abilities that heal the whole group like constantly as he does dmg...and when hes in the top 10 (which he ALWAYS is...top 5 usually)...it just less healing for the healers to do."
Seen that as well. That is when we started looking at the holy priest more closely and noticed a lot of them were slacking off during raids. After replacing a lot of priest the shadow priest notice their healing was suffering so they started heading towards the back of the line on raid spots.
It's kind of like an pvp rogue vrs a pve combat rogue. They both do good dmg yes. But the combat rogue should be doing more dmg. If he isn't then there is a problem.
