New Build, Turns On, No Display

*Edit- If allowed, I'm most defiantly willing to transfer via PayPal around 20 or 30 USD if someone can get this to work. As you can tell, I'm getting desperate. :\

Hey all, I know this looks odd; First post- and this is it..
But I've really got a huge question for you all.

I'm sure you've all heard somewhere or another about people building their PC's, the Mobo lights show; but the display does not.
Well, I'm having this exact problem.

I purchased all but the graphics card, and the Cpu until yesterday. Finally got it all, so I put it all together.
Actually, I put it all together without the card & cup before hand because I was anxious.
Anyhow, I took it all out, redid it; & installed everything.

So.. I turned it on, all the fans, lights, etc etc all started working.
Waited for the beep, & display to kick in- But nothing..
*And the problems begin.

Since this is my first build, I honestly have not the slightest what the problem could be.
Here's what I've done to see if it was the problem; ClickToView! (Click to show)
-
Switch between the VGA & DVI-D cables
-Switch from motherboard & graphics input for the screen
(Can't be the monitor, using it via VGA for my laptop)
-Disconnected everything, reconnected
-Made sure all cords were properly used
-Took everything out of the case, & attempted a external build
I have literally run out of ideas..
I'm getting a little annoyed now too, just because I feel as if no one else has problems when they build theirs.

And here's the specs if this helps.

Thank you all for your responses too.

What error code shows on your mobo?

Make sure your ram is seated.I had the same problem when I built this and it turned out to be a stick of ram wasn't in quite seated all the way. Also could be power supply.

Nothing, this is all that's happening on the external build.
Sorry for the quality, but the numbers are 55. Goes from 18 to 55 in a few seconds. Have no idea what that's telling me..

Also, I have taken the video card off, just for ss&g's..

Just tried, nothing:\
Thanks though!

Ok look at your manual and find the error code section. Find 18 and 55 and fix whatever issue it says you have.

Goes to 10 - 15 - 19 Then 55. Stays on 55 also.
10- PEI Core is started
15- Pre-Memory North Bridge initialization is started
19- Pre-Memory South Bridge initialization is started
55- Memory not installed

Took out all 4 sticks, inserted 2 into A1 & B1, no luck.
Then just did 1A. None.

Still says 55- Memories not installed.
How can this not be installed? You just pop it in..

Do you mean to say that you tried the integrated graphics as well as your graphics card?

Try clearing the CMOS.
Try one stick of RAM.

This is probably some problem with the RAM.

I would call asrock support; support teams are generally pretty good at diagnosing these problems.

Yeah, sorry. Went from the integrated to the card. :\
Cleared it, shoots out the same errors.
Just tired 1 stick, nothing:\

I'll probably end up calling. Thanks for the idea

Researched the error code. It was happening when people were putting Ivy Bridge chips in and the BIOS wasn't ready yet.

Apparently the memory I bought isn't supported.
Here's the supported versions;
F3-12800CL7Q-16GBXH
F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH
F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2
F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL
& Mine;
F3-12800CL10Q-32GBZL

Uggh, So I have 32Gb of memory, that I cannot use. & No box to return it.
This is annoying.

Should I go get like 8GB of 'supported' ram, so see if that's the error?
