Edit: Also, what do you mean 8GB of RAM? I think the 32GB might not be supported because it will only recognize 4GB sticks. Did you buy 2x4GB or did you buy two different 8GB sticks?

Is this is molex power connector? >.>

Also, I bought 2x4Gb

NoNo, I haven't even gotten to the Bios screen yet.

It could be a bad board. Even with the first set of RAM you bought first with the motherboard should still have posted even if it wasn't fully supported.
If you can't find a way to make it post, send back your mobo and wait for the replacement.

Hmm, I'd defiantly be upset if it were the mobo.
If so, I wouldn't ever get an AsRock again.

Sorry for the external link, but it's just faster: http://www.techsoup.org/binaries/files/motherboard_opt.jpg

See on the top left there's a 4 pin to supply the board? You should have something similar. Molex might not be the right word now that I think of it. Let me look up your mobo, there should be a 4 pin or a 6pin to supply the board as well as the very long one.

Try only putting 1 stick of ram in B2 slot closest to the 24pin then hold the clear cmos button for 1 second.
haha i had the same problem when i first booted my system, its your gpu trust me.... take it out like the first guy said try blowing the sides of the pci-e things insert it back in the mobo while the case is standing add the screws back or if its on the floor tilt the gpu a bit up or down n voila =) <<< clearing cmos might help also. <<< take out the battery wait a few seconds put it back in. then try all those steps n youll be fine... this problem is not too uncommon.
if that dont work its either you have a faulty mobo or gpu... anything display related is due to the gpu dvi, hdmi etc... ports.... ram problems would allow your system to at least have a fail boot display.

p.s btw from your first post it would seem that you dont have the tiny speakers for your front panel connectors to even hear the post beep. so how do expect to hear a beep? or can tell its not posting...?
