I can provide some help, but I will need other people to help you too.

I see that you have a Hyper 212+.  Which power supply do you have (make and model)?

Oh good!  The Rosewill Green Series in particular is a quality line of power supplies.  The reason why anyone would say that it's not good is because it's a Rosewill, and unfortunately they developed a bad reputation with people for power supplies.  Fortunately, they realized this and are trying to make up for it.  Most of the newest units they have range from being "not bad" to "top-of-the-line".  The Green Series is somewhere in the middle between being "not bad" and being "top-of-the-line".  It's "good", if not better than good.  I'd be happy, confident, and at peace with a Rosewill Green Series PSU powering my sig rig!

It can, but what video card do you have?  Or are you using onboard video?

The reason I asked is maybe those who are more knowledgeable will know what kind of performance should be expected with this entire setup, even at stock.  I don't know yet.
