I replaced the fan and added another for push with some with a zip tie and it does great, the stock fan just doesn't do the heatsink justice. The temps dropped on it quite a bit on my Phenom II x6. At 1.48v and 3.94ghz, it doesnt go above 42c on full load. I think I also have a very cool running chip because it was my temps on my old 1090T were about that on water with the same voltage if I remember correctly.

These are the fans I use:

The static pressure on them isnt all that bad, I dont use them for my rads because there are better fans out there for that obviously, I was just sharing my exact setup. I did have 2 yate loons on that and I saw no difference in temps so I just added them to my rad for pull and used my spare slipstreams for the V8.

I have the CM V6GT and I like it. I'm sure my money could have been spent on a better cooler but i'm happy. I did replace the incredibly loud stock fans with some Cougar Vortex fans.. Now my cooler is very quiet and my temps are slightly better 33 - 34c idel and 42c is the highest i've ever seen it with a room ambient temp around 80F.

I did have the V8, I thought it was pretty poor from my own experience, so within two weeks swapped it for V6GT, it performs quite a lot better overclocking and gaming, and I think it looks much sexier thumb.gif
