How is it?

Note: The PSU is 560w becuase I wanted a modular design since the case is tiny and I want to try and reduce my cable clutter.

Too hot/heavy for a HTPC IMO - the A6-3500 offers better 3d Blu Ray playback, less heat/noise and you get DTS-HD/Dolby True HD

The rosewill pci wireless card offer only b/g connection. You should try to buy a n card to a better internet connection and better streaming if you plan to. Sure, an ethernet cable is the best to go.

I use that one on my pc for a while, and it was top notch. It's only 10 bucks more

Edit: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256065 This psu from Silverstone is 80$ instead of the 120$ you pick up. It's a 500 watt instead of the 560 watt you pick before. But 500 watts is more than enough for your build! It's a full modular. The only thing, its a bronze 80 plus instead of gold 80 plus

Edit again: You should use this HDD http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185
It's 20$ cheaper, it's one motha***** good HDD, (my HDD too), really great product, and dont get fooled by the 6 gbps that the WD use. HDD cant even use the full speed of 3 gbps.

Also, your cpu cooler does not seems to support AMD, correct me if i'm wrong but i dont see any AMD cpu support. Again correct me if i'm wrong, AMD and intel dont use the same bracket, so it wont fit
