Better PSU or NOT?

Rig in my sig plus i will change the pump to d5 and add one more gtx460 sli
Will this psu do it or do i need better one?
I really dont want to go for expensive units if i need one
Lets say something from 110-130 dollars

I doubt you would need anything more than 600 watts unless you wanted to overvolt it very heavily.

haha 750? extreme psu are REALLY giving you the full fist with that one

is this for gaming? stick with a 600w unit

that one's kinda crappy though, ocz modxstream?

Grab THIS PSU before the promo expires, I just verified about 2 minutes ago it still works and you can get it for 119 fully modular x750w Seasoinc

The 600w will most probably power the sli rig under all normal circumstances but it could overheat and shutoff under heavy benchmarking like running prime95 and furmark simultaneously. I would try running with the 600w PSU first and only upgrade if you have issues or notice the PSU cooking (they tend to start smelling kinda like frying dust when close to overloading tongue.gif).

While 600 Watts should be sufficient for that setup, your 600W unit isn't a particularly brilliant one, you might want to step it up quality wise.

The Strider Plus 750W is a very good unit, here's another one, at an excellent price too.
