Is Orion PSU 600W better than Rosewill Green Series RG430-S12 430W

As to what I see 600W>430W. Basing on the numbers.

Numbers dont mean better. Those are output ratings. Ive never heard of orion and would take the rosewill on their name alone.

^ This. The Rosewill unit will be more efficient, will probably have a longer warranty.
A quality 430w will probably be fine unless you're running a 580 or equivalent GPU

I will be using it with a 7770 GPU. And a Core2Quad q8400 cpu

The 80+ Green 430W is a solid, reliable PSU, and it's perfectly adequate for that setup.
The Orion PSU is generic trash.

Is the FSP HEXA HE500 500w a good PSU? I can't find any shops near my area selling the GREEN 430W.

The HEXA is an acceptable unit, the Rosewill Green is still the better choice though.
