I dont have maxpayne and BF3, but here is Dirt 3 and Skyrim benchmark. All tests done with my sig rig.

*Skyrim is obviously too much to run at Ultra for a single HD6850 so there is no FPS gain at 4 cores. You can expect the same result with your HD6670.
*Dirt 3 gained 2 FPS minimum, not worth it for the extra electricity and heat of the 4th core
