Ok,

I personally would upgrade to a Z77 board with a 3570K and get one 680 at first.

My reasoning is that the GTX 680 uses PCIE 3.0 which Ivy Bridge supplies and one 680 might be all that you need. You could always grab another one down the road and it would possibly be cheaper.

Look into the EVGA step up program, it could save you a good bit on your GPU(s)

Also that leaves room for an SSD. I would recommend the Crucial M4 128GB as a boot drive.

CPU

SSD

Mobo

RAM

and then recycle the rest from your current pc or upgrade as you see fit.

If any of the components I listed aren' to your liking or if you have questions let me know

I`d avoid ivy bridge having a heatsink like that one, performance is greater in IB but is hotter than SB

Forgot the cooler , nice catch man.

For a setup as nice as this one is going to be I would recommend at least a coolermaster hyper+ 212

or you could grab a top notch cooler. The noctua D-14, Corsair H80 or H100, silver arrow, venomous X are all great performers.
