Maybe 7950 is cheaper but iff i wont spend all money i will drink rest of them for sure^^

P.S I dont belive in major fps increase with a better drivers, especialy both companies have a time to do an upgrades. Both cards arent 1 month old. But i do care about tasselation speed coz it is one of best upgrades dx10 vs dx11 for me.

My 4870x2 died of his age. It was overheating 2 years ago and the soldering under main gpu oxydized. Ive repair it (replaced Pb-free solder with a PB soldering) It was working fine by now. But it happens aggain and im boored to do whole procedure over and over again.

HD 7970 at 1.05 Ghz is on par with GTX 680 at 1.05 Ghz at 1680 x 1050.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/HD_7970_GHz_Edition/28.html

1680 X 1050

HD 7970 ( 925) - 91
GTX 670 (980) - 93
HD 7970 (1050) - 100
GTX 680 (1050) - 100

HD 7970 (1 Ghz) cards do 1125 Mhz at stock voltage in AMD CCC and even higher with voltage tweaking. HD 7970 (1 Ghz) is faster than GTX 670 (980). Anybody who is telling you otherwise is not telling the truth. thumb.gif

use a pre heater and SMD rework station with home made heat diffusers and liquid no clean flux and when finished use quality tim and lock my gpu at atleast 75% fan speed.
