So this again would not be agreeable to you. who are you ? The highest authority on graphics card perf benchmarking. get off your attitude. If you have something to say on a topic do it. stop commenting about others. If you just made your point and left it for the OP to decide that would be fine. Anywhere there is a HD 7950 vs GTX 670 or HD 7970 vs GTX 680 thread you are there. And the worst part is you and a few of your friends like mcg75 and RobsM6S always get down to spoiling the thread by making personal attacks. Moderators step in and warn and in some cases have to lock the thread for the same reason.

As far as i know card memorry affect cards the most on ultra hi res, i dont need it. My radeon was just fine.... but i must change my card now. How much ati gain from a last time on res 1680x1050 in % overall?

The OP is running 1680x1050, a 7970 would be unneeded. It shines in high resolutions, not below 1080p.
I would say the 670 from reading this thread, and benchmarks.

Ive chosed Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 GV-N670OC-2GD. Like a heatsinks and temps at low fan speed. I hope it wil last a while. Im doing upgrades not really often. Just from time to time. Ive remember times when i own ddr1 cl2 quad powered computer ^^ Card should be with me friday i will tell how its working on my spec.

Excellent choice. The card will perform just fine at stock clocks but also has room to overclock if you so wish.

OP for 1680 x 1050 you don't need a HD 7970 or GTX 680. Even HD 7950 and GTX 670 are a bit of overkill though they are more like futureproofing. A HD 7850 can do very well. Since you mention you do not want to overclock get a factory overclocked version like Powercolor PCS+ HD 7850 running at 1 Ghz.

for me 80 is a moderate soft vrrrrr of air and not that bad at all, besides i always use a quality pair of in ears so even if it was load i wouldn't be able to hear it.

EDIT: that's what i've been saying, get a 7850.

Mine is 1140 on this higher clocks. Stock fan speed maximum temperature 76 degrees 99% gpu utilisation w/o overclocking cpu(so no bottleneck). I dont know how i should place side case fan coz card have 3 fans and the air is not pushed out the case. Side fan should be on intake or outtake ?My fan setup is:

12 cm front intake
14 cm downside intake
12 cm back outtake and 2 highest 14 cm outtake as well
side one was intake
How should i put side fan ? My case is cm690
