Noctua NH-U12P SE2 on Q9650

Hey guys i want to buy NH-U12P SE2 cooler with 2 AP-15's so i can OC my Q9650 to 3.8-4.0
what do you think of the cooler? will it handle 4.0-3.8? (i live in Israel its hot like hell here XD)

on a seriously overclocked i7 965X the D14 gives me roughly 10°C better temps than the u12, so i'm pretty sure that the d14 with stock fans will give you better temps than a U12 with two gts too.
if it can handle your planned oc? probably but hard to say without knowing the chip.
you would be better off with a megahalems, venomous x or even a mugen 2 or something along these lines, especially if you dont need the two fans that come with the u12...

will the NH-D14 fit in CM690? im worried that NH-D14 won't fit in my case + that my RAM will block it.
heres the ram: http://www.gskill.com/images/images_products/1200pisDDR2.jpg

therefore a Thermalright Archon or a Prolimatech Armageddon would make sense. Maybe you can find them? they are roughly 2cm slimmer compared to the U12
