Got my second unit now and it's a heck of a lot stronger then my old unit!!
My old unit with a 5Ghz 2500k would run at -20c EVAP temp during Prime95
My new unit with the same settings run -32c EVAP temp during AVX Prime95
Anyway this is only my second phase unit and I don't consider myself anything but a phase newbie so onto the questions,
1. What is super heat? How do I measure it and what should it be on an average modded Mach 2 GT?
2. The return line on my new unit doesn't have insulation all the way down to the comp, this ices up during and starts to melt slowly when running Prime95, is this normal and should I insulate it?
3. I'm running the stock Mach 2 GT condenser, what's its max rated for? And should I blast some powerful fans on it?
4. The temp sensor is not at the base of the EVAP, it's where the flex line is brazed to the EVAP, should I move it to the base? Will that increase or decrease the temp on my display?
5. My unit makes some funny noises when running on load should I be worried?
Thanks
